- 3g dried bird’s nest
- 6g goji berries
- 6g dried longan
- 30g rock sugar
Directions
- Soak the bird’s nest in water, pick out any leftover swallow feathers (if any), and turn it into strips. Thoroughly rinse both goji berries and dried longan.
- Put all the ingredients excluding the rock sugar and 1 bowl (approx. 8 oz) of boiling water into the stewpot. Add just enough water to cover the ingredients.
- After the water comes to a boil, lower the flame to medium heat, cover, and let it simmer for 1 hour. Add in the rock sugar after 1 hour and simmer for another hour on low heat.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
