What is Dendrobium?
- Dendrobium is the stem of various dendrobium species such as herba dendrobii loddigesii and herba dendroilii fimbriat which are herbaceous plants of orchidaceae.
- Harvested in the fall, can be dried and cut, or freshly used.
- Dendrobium is one of the oldest traditional Chinese herbs healthcare products. The earliest Chinese medical monograph “Shen Nong’s Herbal Classics” reported that dendrobium is good for gastrointestinal, regulating weight and longevity.
